How to improve uplink throughput in LTE in e******* system

I am facing uplink throughput issue, how to improve LTE uplink throughput in e******* system.

You need to, first, check your radio conditions before going to parameter details.

My Radio conidtion is good, Download speed is more than 20 mbps over all network.But upload speed is less than 1 mbps.

You need to:
1/ Identify cells with low UL throughput
2/Check if there is UL interference in the surroundings of the affected areas (Run report for UL RSSI)
3/Check BLER values.
4/Check counters concerning demand.

​5/Check scheduler type your supplier supports.
6/Check power headroom of the UEs (If low, It is possible you have a UL interference or Incorrect power control parameters or any other reason).
7/Check VSWR or backhaul capacity.
