X2 Interface Fault (SCTP Link Fault)

In Huawei LTE network ;

One ENODEB has 19 X2interface defination ,but with one one of them ,has problem X2 interface fault.Subreason is SCTP link fault.Problem is valid bidirectional. ENODEB1<-->ENODEB2.We checked and didnt find any inconsistency about X2 IP.(Both EnodeB and MME).Transmission team alsa didnt alsa find anything.What can be the problem,is there anyone who has same problem.

Hi vendor is Huawei.Problem is solved.X2 Ip Mask values are incorrect.When fixing it,solved
