Problematic FDD, higher UL throughput compared to DL throughput?????

What are the possible reasons for an FDD network to report higher UL throughputs than DL throughuts both statistically and through drive test, BW is 10Mhz on 1800 spectrum

check interference with 2G , most cases are due to overlapping 2G TRXs with LTE Band

How about SINR statistic from driving test. If it's worst, check PCI planning and other source interference.

Check Transmission sharper configuration

Check PRB util of DL and UL,usually if DL is higher than UL,UL has High Throughput than DL..Check Traffic users also.
