LTE scanner drive-PCI missing RSSI is captured Why?

Hi Experts ,

In a LTE scanner drive for 5 Mhz BW , the PCI or Pync and Ssync data is missing , but RSSI is captured.
Any Idea Why PCI is not captured for these cases
