How can I connect to the flash memory of the control panel (head) without a USB cable? flash memory is empty, CPS does not work via USB cable

If I connect the control panel via the RS232 interface will help?

You will need the upstart files and the rs232 cable as well as the CPS Depot.
If I'm not mistaken there are three videos of this procedure on youtube, which in the third one was successful in the restoration. Good luck!
The cable model: PMKN4105A

I am not sure that the CH firmware could be reflashed via the brick accessory socket. Usually the CH is accessible via USB on the CH only.

Confirm.Via the rear connector can be seen only TX.the problem is not solved , according to the Datasheet on the CH connector also has a RS 232, I will try to connect through it. Perhaps there are options using usb cable but have not yet found
