3G & LTE Sleeping Cells

How could we troubleshoot 3G & LTE Sleeping Cells in E/// networks?

Interesting case ..
what your definition of sleeping cell ?
- If no alarm only as category... when ur cell have no traffic/RRC att 0..
- root cause , H/W ( BB crash / Tx not tranmitted ).
- Solution will be node restart for BB crash ( ll log ) and RU restart enaugh for Tx not transmitted ( cabx )


if u have both LTE/3G sleeping cell ( colo ) , so probably u need to check synch between those nodes... perhaps u use NGS on ur clock.
