Dear Experts,
I wanted to know strategy of of deploying a test Pico Cell in NW on 4th Carrier only, where we will not be using other 3 carrier of NW.
What are the possible ways
Which parameter strategy needs to be follow.
What will be the priorities for IDLE and Dedicated Mode Parameters.
Looking forward your views on the same.
