Looking for the ICS telecom version used for this study:

I uploaded the valuable EMC study caused by Power Transmitters in PDF in case the link broke.
The version ICS I have is 13.6.2 x64 and Menu options are very different ,
I do not have Propagagion Models :ERP/EIRP fuctions , Options :Antenna Impedance
I do not have Tx/Rx Parameter : General - Signal : Radioscope , Tab menu : Ruler
Do not have where to define Horizontal Pattern
Plus all the Icons on left pane on Layers.
I am trying to estimate the Coverage for an AM / Medium Wave - Medium Frequency Broadcasting radio station.
