Can any body suggest.
In Huawei System, NodeB have High number of UL CE rejection But UL CE Utilization is very low.

Check the base band group ,how many groups you have and check the cell affectation in each group maybe 1 group is very loaded

NodeB have single 256 base band group, even no Neighboring cell have CE congestion

could you share both counters flow chart incrementation.
check whether the rejection is due assig or Handover or (rate increase),

hello
it could be due to different reasons:
1) what is license limits ? maybe license is expired?
2) CE admission threshold might be changed ?
3) maybe ADCH reserved resources is high or reserved CE for HSUPA?
4) it could be HW issue check the alarms.. maybe restart helps
5) maybe minimum reserved speed for HSUPA changed ?
