For LTE Network

1- Aggressive down tilt for master and neighbor sites
2- Azimuth Change for co cell (
3- Power decrease for neighbor cell
4-you can play pzero nominal for better throughput

You can try RS Boosting, UL COMP, 4x2 DL Performance Package, 4 way receive diversity, IRC etc
