Issue with Nokia LTE RET Configuration

Hello, I'm getting the following error when try to ran a plan:
"Antenna lines (antlIdList) assigned to RET are not commissioned to any cell"

Anyone have an idea how to resolve it?

It looks like before running your xml, it needs to connect to this site and antenna lines needs to be commissioned/defined.
