Dear Friends,
In our network the operator has asked to improve DL Bler.Kindly suggest which parameters / features can be helpful in this regard.
Actions that are already takenare below
CQI ADJ by dyn Bler
OLPC feature activation and Optimization switches are activated
R99 Bler optimization switches are enabled

But still we are unable to get significant results.

Hi,

You can trial HSDPABURTS ON in ULOCELLMACHSPARA

SET ULOCELLMACHSPARA: ULOCELLID=xxx, BURSTBLEROPTSW=ON;

NACK total will reduce and BLER rate will reduce, cell thp DL improved
