Hi guys. I am currently working on exporting BLER for a cliente. However, when comparing the BLER exported with Actix to the BLER exported with another software (Gladiator), I got very different values (around 50% higher).
When I used the help function of Actix I realized that BLER is calculated like this: "This attribute gives the Block Error Rate defined as the ratio of the number of transport blocks successfully received to the total number of transport blocks received by the UE."
Shouldn't it be the opposite ? BLER (in LTE) = No of erroneous blocks / Total no of Received Blocks
Anyone already had this problem ? Any ideas ? Maybe I am using the wrong BLER parameter (LTE_UE_BLER_DL)
