FTP Download Error after Handover from 3G to 2G - Please help

Dear All Bro,

I just face with issue when do test for PS IRAT from 3G (ZTE) to 2G (HW). The issue was FTP Download dropped after IRAT HO success.

1. The IRAT HO is success

But after Modify PDP Context Accept the UE has sent Deactivate_PDP_Context Request ( with cause code 36: regular deactivation)

Be Noted: in 2G only the download is success.

ftp download usually drop if session on 3g is not continue after handover to 2g. Session continuity is function on core.
You can identify session continuity problem, if ue IP on 3g network is different after handover to 2g.

Escalate to core team, with info Ue IP before and after 3g to 2g handover.
