You need to wait for a week or so, after submitting your answer, after admins/mods examine your profile!

Yes. You have to answer the questions and send them to the e-mail address.

Once your "position" is validated you'll be granted access to the board.
Please be patient ... it might take some days :)

Yes, please. Is it necessary to decode it?
Even changing to/from ASCII, and more did not help.

The invitation code is send by the admin/mods to every individual! So the above one is not the invitation code(spoiler :))

Admins/Mods can be busy: they "process" the requests "manually" :)

Oh, well, the purpose of the "challenge" is to "probe" those who want to register.
What I can say is that the ASCII conversion you tried actually helps ... but it is not the only decoding step to do.

Please, read again from the top this thread :)
You'll understand you have to solve a little "challenge" to access a questionnaire ... and send the answers to the specified e-mail address.

Once exetools' admins/mods process your request, you'll be given a specific invitation code to register.
