Nokia - LTE RRC Setup Failures

Hi,

Anyone please give me some tips to optimize the LTE RRC Setup failures.

I see high RRC failures due to rrccompl missing. Site is not experiencing any issues with the quality, PUCCH & PUSCH levels are also good.

Average SINR (PUSCH) is over 12 and Average SINR (PUCCH) is over 3.

Inter-RAT HO are also fine, no missing adjacency found. TA shows site is not overshooting too, so no edge of coverage issues.

RRC setup completion missing means message 3 not hear by eNodeB. You can try to adjust power control deltaPreMsg3 (4 or 6 dB) or increase T300 (1000ms)
