Hi,
The total distance of length of any details can be calculated using MapInfo functional query. This includes drive test route plot, coverage prediction perimeter etc. You may need to convert the any regional in the case of coverage plot onto polynomial then used the MapInfo query to get the functional and add a column for the output to register.

I need MapInfo to be installed to guide you.. I'll download the given version 10 and start it from there.. Kais's tool might help you should this takes time.
