start from 0 in backhaul transmission area

Hello experts,

I would like to start to involve in backhaul/fronthaul area, i have been working so far 5 years in RAN and lately i am interested in expand my competencies toward transmission.
I have been looking in the forum for info about it for start from 0 but i have not found useful information considering my current background in the area.

Please if you have documents that might help me to start to develop this new competence please share them.

I suggest to start with IP Networking. Learn CCNA curriculam and IP troubleshooting and co-relate the things in RAN .
