TAC vs TA in TEMS LTE CELL REF

Very simple questions for experts, What is the different/s between TAC and TA in LTE TEMS Cell ref ?

TA means Timing Advance

Even that it is very late, it might help someone.

In TEMS LTE Cell file,
TAC = Tracking Area Code
TA = Tracking Area

Timing Advance does not make any sence to have in a Cellfile...
