Hi experts,
Please your help with this scenario, I have one user connected on LTE then due to RF condition in idle state he moves from LTE to UMTS, in UMTS there is a LAU then a RAU but user cannot return to LTE, my question here is when he reselect to UMTS at the moment to do a RAU Request from signaling message we have a GPRS Ready Timer in 44 sec, this timer can be the reason why this user cannot return to LTE, because another user in signaling messages in RAU Request have different GPRS Ready Timer [10sec] but are connecting in the same SGSN.
Additional information:
-Reselection parameter from UMTS to LTE are modified as golden rules, this scenario is not happening in another areas where this user normally moves, i mean in this scenario he moves and connect to another RNC and SGSN/MME.
-PS Redirection in already ON
Can you help me to understand more in details if this Ready Timer can affect the reselection from UMTS to LTE.
