I think managing the team member and shcedule with the available team, drivetest request, scheduling and reporting, sometime you should develop the team to do the drivetest

Managing the Drives , ensuring correct data from the drive teams , correcting the settings in drive equipments, and troubleshooting.

Hi,

I did it before... I was the responsible for schedule regular and non-regular drive-tests, when needed… In addition it was my responsibility the correct equipment installation and/or configuration and support the teams (training and on-field support)… At the end, I received the log files, examined them (drops, HO, CREL…), and report was prepared…
