How to generate a map contain clutter height ?

Hi, any one know how to create a tiny map contain clutter class / clutter height ? I just only need a map about 0.1km x 0.1km, so it is impossible to buy it.

For that area tiny take a good look on GE, and Streetview,and assign it yourself in the planning tool.
