Hi folks,
In the attached file you can find RRC optimization during Registration Procedures.
Overview
Using optimization tools can identify areas where Registration Rate is low, normally there are 2 scenarios where RRC for Registration keep lower:
•When cell reselection is performed [LAC Border] or [RNC Border] the rate is lower than dense areas.
•When registration occurs in mobility at cell edge.
For Registration, SRB 3.4 Kbps is recommended for better coverage, since registration occurs in mobility at cell edge, according to HWdocumentation the impact will be good for RRC Registration Rate, adding last recommendation this two changes are focus to increase the perception in LAC/RNC Border and Cell Edge Mobility, the idea is reduce number of attempts and improve rate.
