Dear experts

I have a IBC which has only 1 2G cell.

But Incomming HO success rate is very low. It lead to CDR is very high.
Whats could be reasons for this case and how to fix it?
Please advice.:(

Thanks

Restart the station and see, usually this fix 90% of Huawei problems lol.

Also use CME to check the configuration with another working cell.
Traditionally you would like to check the incoming HO with specific cells and see the one causing problems.
check operation logs the day this problem happens, SDCCH utilization is also important in 2G.

Tks you
1st i will restart and monitor result.

"check operation logs the day this problem happens, SDCCH utilization is also important in 2G."
-> you mean i need to take Tems log , SDCCH_DROP = 0% but CDR still high!

no I mean you should check the BTS logs.
LST OPTLOG command.(see if any commands executed during that time in BSC for that specific site/cell, also CME-compare parameters can help you see the different parameters between a working cell and this one, this way we avoid the configuration part. If you cannot access CME try GBSS FMA, I think you can use that one for comparing with BSC CFGMML file. :) )
Any maintenance the day the problem happens?
usually by my experience if any of the TRX has problems the HSSR drops with cells the same site, thats why I asked you to restart the BTS first and see.
From tems logs you can see if you got the problem during DT if not please check counters in U2000/M2000.
Huawei has counters measuring cell to cell incoming and outgoing HO in 2G.

Sorry for my poor acknowledgment

Can i do CME-compare parameters in M2000?
Could u guide me in details?

I can but IMO you should check the counters of HO if you have access to M2000/U2000 to identify the cell or cells failing HO to your cell.
Open CME:
Create new workarea
Advanced
compare parameters
compare parameters
and then all is easy, just enter your cell and another working one.
