Happy new year folks/
I have a problem at one of our network sites. one cell has very low Rank2 utilization almost negligible(2-3%). CQI for this cell is fine 11-15 has 70% samples. I tried changing a very clean freq. for this cell but no improvement. I need ur suggestion on changing MIMO config from adaptive to fix OL TM3. did anybody try this any experience please share?
