Urgent Support Required on DFCA with ToP Phase Synchronization

Request urgent support on DFCA with ToP phase sync in Nokia.Without LMU.
It would be better if you can share the activation process.Also sample CRs from live NW for activation & parameters along with all software and Hardware requirements.
