Is there any difference between iBwave 3D Modeler

and iBwave Design with the Propagation, Optimization, and Collection modules?

if we installed IbWave enterprise, 3D modeling suite is already there
previously i used also 3d modeler for create layout for some building and stadium purpose, i prefer to used CAD drawing to make a precision layout and convert it with 3D modeling from IBWave.
