Using ACP in ATOLL

Anybody knows how to set ACP? My objectives is to maintain my current RSRP & minimise site selection. Pls help

are you working for new project or existing project, if for new network project better used ASP [automatic site positioning] module, for existing project you can used site configuration selection and put candidate site to be chosen to meet your criteria target
