Oh. Our team use win7-64 bit and 32 bit but they can run it very good.
I am thinking for you are using another soft from ascom or a other version of TDD

Generally,If a software is not compatible with Windows 10 then there is compatiblity option available - under which u can choose to run the program in win-Xp, vista, 7,8.(This trick works in most cases) :)

TEMS Dis 10.0.3 can't work with window 10.
TEMS Dis 10.0.3 is compatible with .NET Framework 4.5.2 or lower. .Net framework 4.6 was built in window 10. So you can not run this application.

As i read their manual, i found it only supports till win7!! With net framework 4.0 but as net framework 4.5 is *superset of 4.0 so it can also run with it!
Besides this there are other requirements also! So plz read their official manual for more info!

Can't because Tems discovery lock by computer(hard disk) and active from server.

You can buy one key to import logfile. Then you can use tems discovery with low version to read dataset
