How it works to resolve the traditional job of URL to IP Address for the content ?
RAU/TAU resolution
APN Resolution
Any other function

Below link May help you and for now have same project to enhance the latency further more what is till now found use your own DNS with very high specification and use cache so that to reduce the DNS lookup time.
