Dear Huawei experts,

UMTS FMA ENG V3.8.4 is not working with RAN17 PCHR files. it takes too much time to upload files and also Cell id are not correct.

older version shows same cell id issue.

please to advise

you need to have the correct mediation of RAN17, unfortunately time between two releases of huawei xRAN is two short
