RAT search order of LTE capable UEs

Hi Guys,
Does anyone tested how LTE capable UEs (especially Apple and Samsung) does the cell search? e.g. Do they search for LTE first then 3G or other way around? Can we control that behaviour by network configuration?

Hi

UE antenna tunes to higher RAT first . Then after that it searches for Band inside.

It listens to the last known Tech first, bands within that according to priority and then other RATs according to priority.
