How do you calculate Code utilization?
In huawei documents, they mention

VS.RAB.SFoccupy/256*100%

why only 256 code !
is it accurate?

Code Utilization Ratio(Cell) = (VS.RAB.SFOccupy.MAX / 256)*100%.


VS.RAB.SFOccupy.MAX: Maximum number of SFs codes in a cell. Code are occupied by the common channels, R99 users and HS-DSCH. The code number is normalized to SF = 256, that is, converted to the code number when SF = 256.

VS.RAB.SFOccupy: Mean Number of SFs that Have Been Occupied (Let the SFs that Have Been Occupied a Unitary SF of 256) for Cell

Let? give a feeling that they considered SF = 256 for simplicity
