LTE-TDD DL/UL frame configuration selection

hi

i want to use frame configuration 3in my Huawei network. it would be nice if anyone can guide on this(prerequisite for this). I tried changing this in ZTE LTE was not successful as ZTE told me it will be available in next release of their OSS and currently unavailable.
