Dear All,

IP Clock Link failure and External Clock Reference Problem, are two prominent alarms I see on some of our 3G sites on our network. When I read up about this alarm via Hedex, I discovered that it could have some impact on network's QoS.

Has anyone in the house attempted any solution that permanently cleared these two alarms.

Many thanks for you kind response.

BR,
Deekeyz.

2 things...

If your transmission is ATM set your Clock Mode to Line Clock and for IP transmission set Clock Mode to Synch Ethernet

If the alarm doesn't clear check the E1 configured to provide clocking on ATM sites. For IP sites check the TX node if clocking/sync is set
