Hello,

I do not really like ERA... e******* should have a more friendly user tool that does not require too much compuational resources.

Hi,

Let's be fair it is not that much heavy also . You can install on your PC and start to work on it . Basically GPEH itself is containing huge information it is not about ERA itself.

Gpeh, Megamon and PCHR file structures are almost same, but Gpeh and Megamon files are binary+ASN1 decoded files as Huawei PCHR has only binary content. ASN1 layer message decoding takes longer time and needs more resources. One PCHR file full parsing takes 15 second while similar size gpeh file takes about 25 seconds with ASN1 decoding.

Never used E// RAN Analyzer, but just wanted to highlight differences between the vendor trace files.
