Huawei Feature MOP

Hi all,

Just curious, does anyone has a MOP (feature deployement) for :

1. Ultrafast CS Call Setup (WRFD-171202)
2. Fast Radio Bearer Setup (WRFD-160106)
3. Load-based Intelligent State Transition (WRFD-160214) ==> INTELL_STATE_TRANS_ON_LOAD_SWITCH (Load-based Intelligent State Transition Switch): Whether the load-based intelligent state transition function is enabled. When this switch is set to on, the RNC switches the state of heavy-load UEs based on the settings of parameters for heavy-load state transitions. (Is it only this for implementation?
4. Flexible Power Control for Uplink Low Data Rate Transmission (WRFD-160202)
5. Queuing and Pre-Emption (WRFD-010505)

I have tried to search in Hedex RAN Feature 15, but can't figure those feature.

Hope smd can share it here.
