Is there any command to force Calls to handover from site in E******* before resetting/locking for example, i know it exist in Huawei 3G but i couldn't find it in E//

Hi,

Yes it is called soft locking. While locking the site instead or using "lbl" use "lbls" in this case MCPA power will be reduced gradually and users will be forced to make HO.
