I need to know any way to pass E******* BSC license. I want to use one feature but i don't have license. Is there any way to use feature without license?

I need to do 2G to LTE reselection. But i don't have license/GSM-LTE cell reselection on E******* BSC/. Is there any other ways to do it?

Local E******* will monitor that regularly and your operator will be in huge penalty . Are you sure it is worth to do for corporate companies ? Simply ask trial license they will provide surely .
