Mention friend in a post

Do we have an option to mention someone in our posts
like I would like to mention @Zeuscane
in this post, so he could receive a message that I mentioned him to read this post :)

I doubt it. The best you can do is either you mention their name in your post and hope they notice it or just send them a pm.
But it would be a good idea to have, for example, the @ symbol when used together with the person's moniker notify the intended target. For instance, using @GEZA should be able to notify GEZA that he's been mentioned so that he can respond if interested in the conversation.
Having said that, dear GEZA, is it possible to incorporate this feature in the forum?

Our Forum was built with vBulletin.
I do not think that this feature exists on this platform.
