RNC processing Cell update and CS service setup parallel

Huawei introduce AMR_F2D_OVERLAP_CELLUPT_SWITCH parameters to solve case Cell update and CS service setup parallel:
Whether the RNC proceeds with CS service setups involving state
transitions from CELL_FACH to CELL_DCH if the UEs in question
report cell updates during the setup procedure.
1: This switch is turned on. The RNC first processes the CELL UPDATE
message and then proceeds with the CS service setup procedure.
0: This switch is turned off. The RNC processes the CELL UPDATE
message and does not proceed with the CS service setup.

Do you know E******* parameters or feature that solve same thing?

I an facing the same problem, E/// does not go on with CS setup, when cell re-selection happens during this procedure. This is really very bad as smartphones typically setup their calls in CELL-FACH state. But I do not know any workaround or feature to solve this.

if Cell-reslection and Security mode procedure happen at the same time, RNC E// release both procedure and the call is released as result
you can set Spare index[2] equal 3 to solve this problem
