Dear Experts,
why for higher rate services, coverage become smaller?

Because higher service rates use higher coding schemes, so they demand higher Signal/Noise (i.e. C/I, EcNo, RSRQ) values. So you need to locate more closely to the serving cell to guarantee proper EcNo. I.e. your coverage relatively smaller for higher rates.
