Dears,
I want to optimize the call setup time in 3G by optimization of "Authentication" procedure frequency : NAS message will sent to UE in every fourth established MO call.
have you an idea about which parameter in Huawei radio side that we can change it to optimize the frequency of this procedure.

Activate SRB over HSPA you get 25% gain in call setup time , beside enhancement in HSPA KPI such latency .

Try the Ultrafast CS Call Setup feature (WRFD-171202 ).
This feature performs the following :
Parallel processing of the Iu and Uu paging procedures
Parallel processing of the Iu setup and Uu security mode procedures
Parallel processing of the alerting and RAB setup procedures

tried the feature below and it save us around 200ms , work good.

This feature performs the following :

Below is advantage ,
lAdvantage of Fast Radio Bearer setup
pReduces the RAB setup delay by about 100 ms to 300 ms when a UE initiates a single service and downlink SRBs are carried on the DCH
pReduces the RAB setup delay by about 100 ms to 500 ms when a UE initiates CS+PS combined services in which the CS service is established after the PS service and downlink SRBs are carried on the DCH
