First of all need help > main file is blocked by HW, so maybe someone can open and make screenshots. Also I cannot open excel files, maybe someone can help about this also.

Here is the solution
Rename the 3MB file as "filename.part1.rar"
Rename the 2.5MB file as "filename.part2.rar"

use winrar
