my question is , does any when tried to set selection and reselection params based RSRQ for intra inter ...etc : qrxlevminintraf/qQualminR9/SNonintrSearchPR9/SNonintraSearchQR9

and are the result better or less then setings based RSRP?
i don't find recomended values for those
