converting dump file of aladdin usb hard lock dongle to reg

Hi dear all
Just joined need ur help regarding converting Aladdin usb dongle dump(*.bin) to reg file.
I already got the dump file through HASPHL2010
anybody can help to convert plssss.

it seems that the rar files inside the original rar file have another password because when I try to unrar those files it says password incorrect.
