Hi Dears,
What can be the reason of CS abnormal release (cause Other) : RAB.AbnormRel.CS.Other?
How i can investigate in this Problem.

Did you check the CHR and cell trace , I had this issue before and it was caused from a a user in area who is using a mobile with waki waki software ,
Did you ask for Drive test using another equipment
did you check using the KPIs history ,since when the issues are happening

Good idea to check CHR and cell trace : just can you tell me how i can investigate with this method.
This Pb of CS drop is generalized on many cells and i don't think that is related to a particular mobile:).
Using KPIs this Pb appear at first time in different date on many cells. :(

Try the UMTS FMA in this forum.you can load the CHR files downloaded from RNC to analyse.This will give you UE info as well.

I have experience it was related to the XPU Load. Maybe you can check the XPU load or the Board Load.
