PCRF negative impact

Hi Experts


We have introduce PCRF in our network recent the same day we have observe the following

1. Degradation in MAC HS, User Throughput and MAC HS user throughput
2. Increase in Softhandover Attempt and Seccc- Degradation of SHO as well
3. Improvement in HSDPA, EUL/HSUPA and R99 Retainability

RAN is e******* RNCs and RBS
PS CORE is Huawei and the PCRF is also Huawei

Please help me to know the reason for degradtion
