Hi,

Are these cells in border with another RNC's? . Did you make DT and checked How many cells are there in the active set and their RF condition? If cells belongs to same cluster you can check SHO failure events and cause details.

I recommend you to check what i said before to move timeTotrigger 1A.

cheers

3 main factors which directly have impact on SHO overhead.

timetotrigger1b (1280ms is good value, reduce up to 640ms. it will have 10-15% gain], do check DCR which might have impact
reportingrange1b (6db, make it 5dB), 20% gain expected

how much is your maxactiveset 3 or 4. limit it to max 3 only.

hope it will help you.

Hi,

In addition to below correct comments needless to say that overshooting also increases SHO OH which mostly in networks this is the root cause

Dear friend :
Did you try to tune cell individual offset (CIO)?

- CIO have a good impact but monitor CDR, already tested.
