I have the same Versions.
You will also need a Keyloader to add keys. and if you want the BSI version a ********SIM card to activate the encryption.

Hi!
You only need a keyloader when using SCK. In Germany´s TEA2 TETRA are keyservers for DCK. You can´t upgrade a TEA0 or TEA1 Radio to TEA2 without a SIM Card from ********, Sepura, etc. You can upgrade to TEA1 or TEA0 with E2E.

Hello!

It means that without the sim card ******** can not be installed in the MTP850 terminal tea2 ?

MTP700 have a sticker bearing tea2 that means when left factory installed and does not estava department sim card.

Cheers!

Yes, thats right.
If you want to upgrade to TEA2, you need a SIM from ********, Sepura... This card will activate the firmware.
